Run, run, which will improve the memory

From Italian journal

Who's going to the gym usually smiles when he muscled boys recite the famous phrase of Juvenal "mens sana in corpore sano." Yet a study conducted by the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Cambridge in collaboration with the National Institute on Aging in Baltimore, confirmed what is suggested by the Roman poet - shown obviously by young beefy above. The research, published in the pages of the important scientific journal 'Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences', Journal of the United States National Academy of Sciences, purpose was to understand how physical activity improves brain function. The results show that the sports that raise the heart rate, and aerobic such as running, increase the number of new brain cells with the resulting increase in memory in subjects studied.
